The hydraulic control butterfly valve control system adopts an integrated design method to connect the customer's high-pressure oil source and safe oil source. The system comes with an electric control system, a hydraulic integrated system, and a filter system. It adopts a non-leakage design and can realize hydraulic actuators for a long time. We use proportional solenoid directional valve for hydraulic output, and realize closed-loop control with LVDT or RVDT sensor feedback to accurately realize the fixed-point movement of the actuator. The system is connected to the customer's safety oil source. When the load exceeds the safety oil pressure, the actuator can quickly perform the quick closing or quick opening function to meet the customer's failure requirements due to unexpected failures. This system is equipped with high-pressure oil port P, oil return port T, safety oil port S, actuator connection port A, quick drain port B, and safety oil port a, which is suitable for working conditions with high safety requirements and high location requirements.
